A multipurpose Vocational Training and Lifelong Learning center

Compulearn was established in September 2003 with a focus on training VET and Adult Learners in skills that will be useful for future jobs.

Over the past decade, Compulearn has successfully trained more than 2,000 unemployed individuals through the “Voucher for Entry to the Labour Market” programs and an additional 1,000 participants through various seminars.

Target Groups

Our activities are designed to support a wide range of beneficiaries, including:

  • Disadvantaged groups such as NEETs, ethnic minorities, migrants, persons with disabilities, and isolated elderly individuals
  • Unemployed individuals

  • Adult learners and VET learners

Key Activity Areas

Entrepreneurship and Employability

We actively promote employability and entrepreneurship by equipping individuals with up-to-date occupational skills and qualifications, helping them transition smoothly into the workforce. By aligning training with labour market demands, we aim to address skill mismatches, promote social cohesion, and support an inclusive job market. Key initiatives include:

  • Voucher Programs for the unemployed to acquire or enhance professional skills in line with current labour market needs.
  • National Vocational Training Programs (LAEK 1-30) for employees in SMEs, designed to enhance job performance and productivity.
  • Community Service Programs delivered through Municipalities, focusing on training in ICT, social economy, and entrepreneurship for unemployed individuals.
Digital Literacy

We are committed to fostering digital competence for personal and professional growth. Our training programs aim to enhance digital skills, promote digital citizenship, and encourage the use of distance learning. Our offerings include:

  • ICT Training in both basic and advanced digital skills, preparing learners for today’s digital world (we are a certified ICT exam center by UNICERT and GLOBALCERT).
  • Distance Learning, delivered through our custom-built e-learning platform www.e-mathima.gr, which supports self-funded training programs in IT, English, and professional development.
Foreign Languages

Our Center for Foreign Languages specializes in adult education and exam preparation for official language certifications. We offer comprehensive courses in English, Italian, and Russian, tailored to the needs of adult and VET learners. We are committed to promoting excellence in language education through learner-centered approaches and goal-oriented instruction.

Professional Seminars

We offer specialized seminars including:

Training programs for educators seeking certification as adult trainers.
ICT integration seminars (B2-Level ICT teacher training) for permanent teachers in primary and secondary education to enhance their digital teaching competencies.
