Objective of the action:
The efficient alignment of training programs with the demands of the job market and the enhancement of employees’ employability to facilitate their swift reintegration into the workforce. The initiative involves: delivering theoretical training sessions lasting between 50 to 200 hours to 10,000 individuals aged 18 and above, resulting in the acquisition of digital and environmentally-friendly knowledge and skills. Participants will receive relevant certifications from independent certification bodies along with an educational stipend of up to €1000. Within our institution, only training programs spanning 200 hours are available, with a total training stipend capped at €1000.
